  • Multi-Parameter Controller

    8900 - Georg Fischer Signet

The Signet 8900 Multi-Parameter Controller takes the concept of modularity to the extreme. Each 8900 Controller is field-commissioned with the users-specified combination of inputs, outputs, and relays using simple-to-install modular boards into the base unit. Configure the system by selecting either two, four, or six input channels which accepts any of the Signet sensors listed below, and/or other manufacturer's sensors via a 4 to 20 mA signal converter (Signet Model 8058). To complete your unit, choose a power module with universal AC line voltage or 12 to 24 VDC.

  • Multifunction Process Calibrators

    AMETEK Sensors, Test & Calibration

Our multifunction process calibrators read and source RTD, thermocouple, current, voltage, frequency, and resistance to calibrate or verify your process sensors. They can also be combined with APM CPF pressure modules to calibrate pressure, or a dry-block to calibrate temperature. The ASC-400 features a large full color display with an advanced simplicity, easy-to-use interface.

  • 8 Channels Thermocouple, LV A/D

    TC1 - North Atlantic Industries

A thermocouple is a temperature-measuring device typically consisting of two dissimilar conductors that contact each other at one or more spots. It produces a voltage when the temperature of one of the spots differs from the reference temperature on other parts of the circuit. Thermocouple temperature sensors are widely used for measurement and control, and can also convert a temperature gradient into electricity.

  • DAQ Systems

    Gantner Instruments

Data acquisition systems (DAQ or DAS) collect information from connected sensors and other instrumentation to measure and record electrical and physical quantities, such as voltage, current, temperature, strain, pressure, shock,  vibration, distance, displacement, RPM, Angle, and weight. A DAQ System typically consists of sensors, measurement hardware with signal conditioning and an Analog-to-Digital converter, and a computer with programmable software for data logging and analysis.

  • Station Of Acceptance Testing

    ViTec Co. Ltd

The acceptance test station consists of a personal computer - the workstation of the operator of the testing station, contact mechanisms, as well as current and voltage sensors. The station allows to test up to 10 electric motors of various types simultaneously. The operator of the testing station indicates the test sites at which the engine tests will be conducted, their type (from the database), serial numbers and a set of tests.

  • PCIe-6536B, 32-Channel, 25 MHz, 100 MB/s Digital I/O Device

    782630-01 - NI

The PCIe-6536 can continuously stream data over the PCI Express bus. It's an ideal solution for interfacing and testing image sensors or display panels. The module is also well-suited for other common digital applications such as pattern I/O, change detection, protocol emulation, or other custom digital interfacing. It features selectable voltage levels and per-channel directional control of the digital lines.

  • PCIe-6535B, 32-Channel, 10 MHz, 40 MB/s Digital I/O Device

    782629-01 - NI

The PCIe-6535 can continuously stream data over the PCI Express bus. It's an ideal solution for interfacing and testing image sensors or display panels. The module is also well-suited for other common digital applications such as pattern I/O, change detection, protocol emulation, or other custom digital interfacing. • 16-Channel RTD Signal Conditioning Card

    ProDAQ 5821 - Bustec Ltd.

The ProDAQ 5821 series of Signal Conditioning Cards is designed to interface with a variety of sensors, principally RTDs, Thermistors, Cryogenic Diodes and Voltage type sensors. Each version of the 5821 provides the capability of precise 4-wire measurement. In order to achieve this, a precise 500μA constant current source is provided per channel. The current source can be disabled on a per channel basis and is monitored to ensure that current is flowing. The value of the output current is stored on-board after calibration. In order to achieve the highest accuracy the output current may be automatically calibrated 'on-the-fly' using the ProDAQ 3416 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC card and an on-board precision resistor.

  • Piezoelectric Testing

    Radiant Technologies, Inc.

Radiant Technologies, Inc. specializes in the measurement of electrical and piezoelectric properties of non-linear materials.   The Piezoelectric Task captures a sample's displacement  as a function of voltage profile along with the sample's polarization response.  An external displacement measurement instrument must be attached to a Radiant Precision Test System to make this measurement.  All of the Radiant testers are equipped with a high-impedance voltage input to capture the output of a displacement sensor. Every Vision measurement task will collect data from that sensor input simultaneously with the measurement being executed. Radiant's test systems work easily with displacement sensors which include:
